データ取得の同意に関して

本学では、教育・学習データ利活用宣言に基づき、学生および教職員の皆さんによるISTU/DCシステムの機能ごとの実行履歴をデータとして収集し、教育や学習の支援、ならびに当該システムの機能向上のための研究に利用します。研究で利用する際には、これらのデータは全て匿名化され、個人を特定できない状態で分析されます。

もし、匿名化情報であっても、ご自身のデータを研究で利用されることに同意いただけない場合には、下記の連絡先まで電子メールでご連絡ください。その際、本人確認のため、東北大学より発行されたメールアドレスから発信するとともに、東北大IDをお知らせください。

なお、今回の研究利活用への同意の如何によらず、授業もしくはISTU/DCで提供される各種コースの担当教員、および担当教員が許可した職員等は、受講生のISTU/DCの利用状況を確認することができます。そのため、研究利活用に同意しない旨、ご連絡いただいた後も、授業の担当教員や教務係などからは、ISTU/DCの利用状況に基づいて、受講生の皆さんへの呼びかけ等が引き続き行われます。

Consent to data acquisition

Based on the Tohoku University's Educational Data Usage Policy (https://www.tohoku.ac.jp/japanese/studentinfo/education/08/education0801/), we collect data on the activity logs of functions of the ISTU/DC system by students and faculty members. We use it to support education and learning, and for research to improve the functionality of the system. All such data is anonymized and analyzed in a form that is not personally identifiable.

If you do not agree to your data being used in research, even if it is anonymous, please contact us by e-mail at the address below. Please use the email address issued by Tohoku University and provide your Tohoku University ID for personal identification.

Please note that regardless of whether or not you agree to this consent, lecturers in charge of classes or various courses provided at ISTU/DC, as well as staff members authorized by them, can check the status of the students' use of ISTU/DC. Therefore, even after you have notified us that you do not consent to the use of the logs for research, the lecturers and staff members of the Educational Affairs Section will continue to contact you based on the usage status of ISTU/DC.
